High-quality materials such as cotton, organic cotton and ramie, the fibers of the Himalayan nettle, are processed in Italy to create the fabric for this eight-piece cap. The sewing thread is recycled polyester, while the indigo dyeing process saves water and conserves resources. For environmentally conscious, CO2-reduced sustainability, our company cooperates with ClimatePartner. All sewing thread is made from recycled polyester. Conventional cotton is combined with high-quality organic cotton and oriental ramie derived from Himalayan nettle to create a sustainably processed fabric: The traditional and environmentally conscious manufacturing process saves 30% energy, 50% water and a whopping 70% chemicals compared to conventional methods. The “Hatteras” hat, which is traditionally blocked on a wooden frame, is an accessory that’s always stylish and suits many head shapes.
